Terms and Conditions
-TAT: Turnaround time; does not include weekends or holidays; is the time between when the order was placed and when the order will ship.
-RTS: Ready to Ship. These items are already made and ship out within 3-5 business days.
-MTO: Made to Order. These items require outside supplies to be ordered prior to the completion of your order. These include but are not limited to: shirts, custom design jewelry, custom teething items.
-Adult supervision is advised during the wear of all jewelry. We cannot be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur while wearing or handling our products.
-Silicone products are all made with food grade, 100% BPA free silicone and nylon cord. Each item undergoes a pull test to ensure safety, but please watch your child during the use of any product used for teething whether it be from me or another company.
-We only use materials that are safety compliant; BPA free, FDA approved.
-Acrylic(bubblegum) beads can be wiped off as needed. Silicone products can be washed with warm water and dish soap and then air dried.
-All necklaces and bracelets undergo a pull test for strength, but they are not indestructible products, so please watch your children with them.
-Most items are child or adult. Child bracelets will fit both little kiddos and big kiddos as well (Ages 2-12). I occasionally will offer a toddler size option on items and these are ideal for smaller kiddos(or smaller wrists), but I do not recommend them for teething kiddos as the acrylic beads are not safe to chew on.
-Necklaces are made with breakaway clasps. If you would prefer adjustable knots, please leave a note at checkout.
-All shirts follow standard size charts which are included with each listing.
-I offer a variety of shirt style and design options. Most shirts will be on a Bella Canvas cotton material shirt and prints will be screen print or vinyl based.
-Care Instructions are sent with every shirt purchase to ensure proper washing and drying to prevent fading, peeling, or complete loss of print. I cannot be held liable for any shirts peeling or losing print once they are in your possession. I triple check all of my work before it is shipped out to ensure there are no errors.
-Turnaround time will be updated as needed, but please note custom designs will have a longer turnaround time than designs on the site.
-Shipping rates are automatically determined on the site based on weight. I do ship internationally for an increased rate which is also determined by the site. Local pickup is offered for anyone local to Kansas City, MO.
-Items are shipped in polymailers and any fragile items will be wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue paper. Each item/set will have its own protective sleeve.
-Once USPS has the item in their possession, I am no longer liable for the package and any claims regarding items being lost or damaged must be filed through Route insurance which is provided as an option during the checkout process.
-Due to the nature of these products, I will not be issuing refunds or offering returns. I will fix any errors made on my part by offering to pay for the item to be shipped back to fix, by offering store credit, or by offering to send any needed parts to fix. Please make me aware of any issues within 3 business days of receiving product via my business email: email@example.com
-Any shipments that arrive damaged can be reported via claim through Route. They handle all reimbursements.
-If an order is placed in error, it may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed for a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase. No orders can be canceled past 24 hours of being placed.
-If any order is sent via invoice, that invoice must be paid within 48 hours or the order will be canceled. After 3 unpaid invoices, you will no longer be allowed to order via invoice and will need to submit all orders on our website.
